20 Years in the Spotlight

Faith. Family. Friends. I am truly blessed! The focus on these three cornerstones can work magic beyond your wildest dreams. The 20 & 200 party brought more than 300 people from around the US to Mall of America on April 30 to celebrate my business anniversary + 200 episodes of The Crisis Files.

Could not have reached this 20-year milestone without friends and mentors who became clients and clients who became friends. Classmates from Edina High School, Boston College, and Minnesota Law came in from around the country. Past and current clients and colleagues plus media pals from both coasts and places in between blended for such a beautiful part of the tapestry.

The always on point and colorful Janie Peterson was the MC with the mostest for our short program. Grateful to my small but mighty team of Bridget Burnham, Karen Hanson, Lanae Paaverud, Michelle Zenisek, Nate Kass, and Tom Hambleton for all they do for either my business clients or my podcast–or both.
Whether you are a business owner or working for an organization, I suggest you seek out the best for support and advice; show gratitude to all who improve your path; and remember to celebrate the small wins as well as the big victories. Intentionality supported by positivity will win the day.
