The Chinese Year of the Snake is underway. The snake symbolizes rebirth, regeneration, and the pursuit of love and happiness. It also happens to coincide with a special anniversary. Nineteen years…19! Continued highs, new challenges, and extraordinary moments. I share amazing gratitude with all who have been part of the Roshini Multi Media journey. When people ask me why I started my business, I tell them ‘I wanted to create the life I wanted to live.’ Nothing comes easily, but the unknown is much less challenging to navigate after 19 years of building something I believe in and others need or want to support. In past years, I shared lessons from my experiences.

This time, I share some wisdom about what to avoid as you pursue love and happiness. Whether you are a leader, a team member, a business owner, or creating your post-career chapters, I hope this list helps with your own transformations:
1) Avoid negative people
2) Avoid places that restrict your talents and dreams
3) Avoid the urge to speak when listening makes more sense
4) Never, ever, play poker with a guy named Ace
